Accessibility
It is important to us to make your visit to PLOMM as pleasant and easy as possible. If you have any questions about the accessibility of our museum or would like to find out more about what we have to offer, please feel free to contact us on +352 958370-855 or via hello@plomm.lu.
Questions about accessibility
I am in a wheelchair/I have walking difficulties. Can I drive up to the museum?
For people with walking difficulties or people in wheelchairs, there is a parking lot on our campus that can be accessed via Rue de Winseler (address: 19, Rue Charles Lambert).
If you plan to arrive by train, please write us an email to hello@plomm.lu. We will then inform our front desk. On the day of your visit, you can call our reception staff when you arrive at the train station so that someone will come to meet you and help you with the stair lift.
You can reach reception on the following phone number: +352 958370-855
The entrance to the museum itself is barrier-free.
Are the exhibitions barrier-free?
Unfortunately, the Tree of Tales and the temporary exhibition LOVE are not (completely) barrier-free. We are currently working on creating an offer that would allow all children to have a good experience of the exhibitions.
Are there options for groups with special needs?
We are currently working on options for groups with special needs. To stay up to date on such and other offers, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter and following us on our social media channels.
Do you have any ideas or requests? Then send us an email to: hello@plomm.lu
Can I visit the museum with a service dog?
Yes. Assistance dogs are allowed in the Kannermusée PLOMM.
