The Children’s Museum PLOMM is a place for children’s participation and culture in Luxembourg. Since 2023, the national museum institution, focused on children’s participation has been a Centre de ressources for non-formal education in the Grand Duchy, created as part of the national Reference Framework for non-formal education for children and young people. Its aim is to provide pedagogical support in specific areas and to develop and promote methods of non-formal education. The Children’s Museum PLOMM embraces culture and art to live and promote children’s participation.
